3. Punggol Digital District

Punggol Digital District is a researcher-drawn boundary, not an official subzone. Its indicators are calculated inside that boundary and compared against the 332 official subzones, but it never joins them — it cannot change an official rank, percentile, or denominator.

4. Relationships between indicators

Choose two indicators to see how they vary together across Singapore's official subzones. PDD is highlighted when both values are available. The fitted relationship uses official subzones only, so the PDD marker does not change the result.

5. Correlation overview

Capacity and outcomes

The intended comparison is between each capacity indicator and each available outcome, using matched official subzones and compatible observation periods. Positive correlations would mean that better capacity values tend to accompany better outcomes; they would not establish causation.

Exploratory indicator matrix

Compare several indicators at once. Each square shows the direction and strength of the relationship across the same set of official subzones. PDD remains highlighted for context and does not affect the correlations.

5.1 Selected-subzone cell detail

For indicators with direct H3 values, this chart isolates the cells assigned to the selected official subzone. The subzone value remains the reported measure and is not recalculated from this display subset.

5.2 City-wide indicator notes

City-scale indicators have one Singapore-wide value. The score is shown above the map. It is never spread across subzones or cells, and it is not attributed to Punggol Digital District.

5.3 Singapore indicators available to present

The snapshot reports the current number of presentation-ready capacity and outcome indicators directly from their verified contracts. Universal Greenspace is now mapped from its canonical 2024 T2 observations; its city value is a derived context value and it has no H3 product.

5.4 Methods and status

Every snapshot field with its native and displayed support, direct/aggregated/contextual status, aggregation method, snapshot source, coverage, and caveats, followed by registry indicators that are not in the snapshot and why.

Punggol Digital District is a project-defined analytical subzone, stored separately because it overlaps official URA subzones. Its values come from the verified project-subzone manifest: H3 results are aggregated by exact overlap and subzone-first metrics are recalculated inside the PDD boundary. It is an overlay only in official-subzone statistics. All filters and map rendering remain exploratory and leave canonical pipeline and sandbox outputs unchanged.
